 What is your turn around time (TAT)?

Regular order turn around time is 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS. Business days & hours are Tuesday - Friday, 4:30pm - 8pm.

CUSTOMIZED or PRE-ORDERED (not in stock items) can take up to 2-6 weeks to ship to you - this will be stated in the item description. Please pay close attention to the listing details as these items can't be refunded. This time frame starts after your invoice has been paid.

 What are your shipping methods? Are returns permitted?

We ship via USPS. Returns are not allowed due to the nature of our products - unless they are deemed to be defective.
